# Kostya Zudov

> Product designer and design lead with 9+ years in fintech, HR-tech and e-mobility. My strongest side is building AI processes for teams: multi-agent systems, in-house tools and automation that take routine out of design and development. I'm not a classic software engineer — I design the system and bring it to a working tool myself, with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.

- [INOSAGO](https://kostyazudov.com/projects/inosago/): A car-insurance (OSAGO) service for an insurance agency: one system for customers on the website and for the people who sell policies — employees, agents, sales managers and admins. I designed every role and built the front end.
- [Konsol design agents](https://kostyazudov.com/projects/konsol-design-agents/): A multi-agent system that turned product managers' PRDs into screens built from Konsol's own design system — no designer needed in the loop.
- [Neurogoose](https://kostyazudov.com/projects/neurogoose/): An AI assistant for presales at Intelsy: agents break an incoming project into tasks and ask the right questions, and a parametric model — not the AI — prices it by the company's own rates.
- [CV](https://kostyazudov.com/cv/): Experience, education, tools and contacts.
- [Chat](https://kostyazudov.com/ask/): Ask Kostya anything; the avatar answers out loud, in English or Russian.
