Kostya Zudov

Product designer who builds AI processes, agents and tools

Product designer and design lead with 9+ years in fintech, HR-tech and e-mobility. My strongest side is building AI processes for teams: multi-agent systems, in-house tools and automation that take routine out of design and development. I'm not a classic software engineer — I design the system and bring it to a working tool myself, with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.

experience

  1. Sep — Oct 2026

Product Designer & Front-end Developer · INOSAGO (project for an insurance agency, NDA)

Car-insurance (OSAGO) service: customer site, employee and agent workspace, manager and admin consoles.

    • Designed every role at 1440 and 390: 76 + 76 screens and a 147-component library.
    • Built the front end in six weeks: Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind 4 — 54 pages, 174 components, 698 commits.
    • One form instead of a seven-step wizard, prices of three insurers in one calculation, and a dedicated screen for every failure.
  2. Apr — Sep 2026

Product Designer & Engineer, AI design pipeline · Konsol

Trial project: a multi-agent system that turns product managers' PRDs into screens built from the company design system, without designers.

    • Created the design methodology and the agent pipeline: an intake agent that turns the PRD into tasks and asks the product manager about gaps instead of guessing, designer agents, reviewer agents, and a mismatch log the system learns from.
    • Built 3 products and 320+ screens with the pipeline, including pilot products rebuilt from Lovable to reduce their technical debt.
    • Good results in the lab; in production the process proved too heavy for product managers mid-release, and the company chose not to continue the research. The owner was happy with the work.
  3. 2024 — May 2026

Design Lead, HR-tech · AlfaStrakhovanie (via Intelsy)

Internal ecosystem of a major insurance company: org structure, business trips, bonuses, payroll and corporate healthcare.

    • Made prototyping 3× faster by bringing AI tools (Figma Make) into the daily workflow and streamlining approvals.
    • Launched the key HR modules and set up a smooth handoff between design and engineering.
    • Built the design system with tokens and semantic versioning rules for components.
  4. 2023 — May 2026

Creative Director / DesignOps · Intelsy

Head of the design department at an IT integrator, internal and client products.

    • Shipped 3 internal AI services: Neurogoose, a multi-agent estimator for incoming projects; hiring and assessment automation; and social media automation.
    • Neurogoose: agents break a request into tasks and ask clarifying questions, a parametric model prices it by the rates an administrator sets. Ten complex estimates a month went from about 300 to about 60 hours of senior time (about 840,000 ₽ of payroll a month); Intelsy kept using it after I left.
    • Grew the design department’s profitability by 11% a year and made delivery dates more predictable.
    • Hired and grew designers, introduced handoff rules, regular critiques and quality control.
  5. 2023 — 2024

Design Lead, B2B fintech · Moscow Exchange (via Intelsy)

Bookbuilder — a professional platform for collecting orders and allocating securities in placements.

    • Rebuilt the requirements from scratch through stakeholder interviews — there was no documentation — and aligned them with business, IT and compliance.
    • Designed roles, permissions and edge cases; shortened approvals with clear internal rules.
  6. 2022 — 2023

Senior Product Designer, e-mobility · Wize (UAE)

Battery-swapping ecosystem for commercial electric vehicles in Dubai: a driver app and a battery monitoring platform.

    • Designed 50+ back-office screens (telemetry, incidents, analytics) and 15 app screens.
    • Built the product design system and one interface standard for the whole ecosystem.
  7. 2021 — 2022

Senior Product Designer, social tech · Overclout (Thailand)

Gamified social network for the Thai market, built on Flutter.

    • Designed feeds, profiles and game mechanics, localized for Thai users and cross-platform constraints.
  8. 2019 — 2021

    Art Director · Newmen

    Digital projects for agency clients.

  9. 2017 — 2019

    Art Director · STEM

    Visual identities for corporate events.
